EVERTEEN NATURAL INTIMATE WASH INGREDIENTS:
The bottle says 100% natural actives. All herbal brands print only a list of the key or active ingredients in their products and mostly hide the chemical ingredients. But Everteen Intimate Wash pack also says "No Chemicals". So I checked with the brand and they confirmed that even the base used for the active ingredients is also completely natural. What more can you ask for?
I have said in earlier reviews that lactoserum and lactic acid are the most important ingredients in any intimate wash. The natural plant extracts in this wash do the same job and moreover it is also pH balanced so as not to kill the important "good bacteria" in the vaginal region.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVERTEEN NATURAL INTIMATE WASH:
Knowing my inclination towards natural, organic, chemical-free products or formulations with least chemicals, you won't be surprised if I tell you I was really really excited to try this intimate wash. I have been using it for more than a month now and have also used it during my monthly cycle. I was afraid of using chemical intimate washes daily. But I feel absolutely safe using Everteen Intimate Wash daily, knowing that I am not treating my body to any chemicals.
Everteen Natural Intimate Wash is a yellow thick transparent gel. You just need a small drop of it for single use. The quantity is good enough to last many months. The fragrance is very mild and pleasant, and reminds me of boroline. Being thick, it won't spill while traveling and the flip-open cap is sufficiently tight.
It spreads easily and produces a mild creamy foam. There is absolutely no stinging or burning. Chemical based intimate washes all contain sulphates and you need a LOT of water to rinse and rinse and rinse, which I really hated. Everteen Natural Intimate wash rinses off easily without any soapy feeling.
The best part is the cool fresh feeling it leaves behind. No, it does not contain menthol for any false cooling effect. Yet it leaves the skin in my sensitive area very fresh and toned. It does relieve itching and prevents odor during periods and otherwise.
A very important observation and experience I want to share here is that I was facing slight urinary incontinence for a couple of days. Coincidentally, I started using this wash during that time and it relieved me within the first use. My mother who has a chronic incontinence problem has just started using it. Therefore, the claim to constrict blood vessels and tone/tighten the skin is completely true, though results may vary from person to person as we all have different bodies.
The package also contains a leaflet with valuable tips on maintaining vaginal health, which is a thoughtful gesture on the part of the brand.
Everteen Natural Intimate Wash has recently been launched in Nov 2013 and I feel really happy that the brand chose me as the first one to try out this product. Others have already reviewed it only after a few uses but I have tested this thoroughly. In the previous intimate wash reviews on my blog and in emails, many women have shared their problems like itching, infection, vaginal discharge, burning, irritation, dryness, unpleasant odor etc. I would safely recommend Everteen Natural Intimate Wash for all these problems, though in severe cases it is good to check with a gynecologist in case you might also need medication. Answering some common questions from previous reviews, this wash is absolutely safe to be used before or after intercourse and for maintaining hygiene and sexual health too. It is also good to be used post pregnancy to tone and bring your vaginal muscles back into shape.
I don't think it is for pregnant women since it tightens vaginal muscles as opposed to Nature's work to widen the opening for a normal delivery. Still you can check with your gynac if you wish to use it during pregnancy.

It is a great product to include in your daily routine right from teenagers to women of any age and 2-3 bottles a year at this price won't pinch at all. Do try it, you would surely love it!

Hi there, the product comes in a cardboard box and there is no seal. It looks exactly like you see in the first pic above. I haven't seen any product with flip open cap come with a seal. Also, at Flipkart, it is being sold by privyshop.com, which is one of the most honest and reliable online businesses. So don't worry, what you have received is genuine product with no tampering :)

Yes, it is safe to be used by your mother since this has herbal extracts in a natural china grass/agar agar gel base.

ReplyDeleteOk great, thanks for reading. To be honest, it didn't help my mom with the incontinence problem because hers is something internal. But at least it is not chemicals based so I don't feel guilty when she uses this. Doctors have not been able to diagnose the real cause of her problem and despite one operation, she is still suffering.

Yes dear, you can use it for washing menstrual cups but make sure to rinse it off very well and afterwards let it soak in clean water for some time, to make sure all detergent is washed off. In fact you can use any mild liquid detergent as long as you rinse it off very well... even those plant based liquid detergents we use for cleaning baby milk bottles. Rather they work very well and are anti bacterial too.
DeleteThis one foams a bit much for being all natural and I doubt they have some or other detergent added in this everteen wash, may be in a small quantity though. It is not 100% natural for sure because plant based detergents don't foam like this.

DeleteLactacyd contains lactoserum, which is the most important ingredient in any intimate wash when it comes to infections. Everteen does not contain lactic acid or lactoserum. Yes, you can use everteen if there are no infections. Just use it once during bath or on alternate days. It lathers a lot and is highly concentrated so make sure you use only a drop/ very very small quantity. So while dispensing, carefully take out only a drop of it. Using too much would not only make it difficult to rinse with lots of washing, but may also cause itching.
It does tone vaginal muscles but doesn't help in case of infections as per my experience. All intimate washes can be used during periods.
